    Testimonials

“What a beautifully built and decorated modern farmhouse!”

We were looking for a special place for a group of friends to stay, and this home exceeded all our expectations. It’s clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with thoughtful decor and custom artwork throughout. Everything feels brand new and immaculate.

The space is perfect for hanging out, playing games (shoutout to the fantastic Hobbit pinball machine!), grilling, and just relaxing. It was an absolute joy staying here, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway. I know we will be back!

    – Lori

“Everything exceeded our expectations, and it was a great getaway in the Missouri countryside!”

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at your property. We gathered with 8 dear friends, and there was ample room for all 10 of us!

The farmhouse has a very sleek and modern vibe, and yet is so warm and inviting. The location and views from the wrap around porch, and all of the windows is spectacular! The kitchen was so well appointed, and the amenities added to our comfort.

    – Beth

“I doubt I’ll ever again find something so lovely!”

My husband and I stayed here from April 3-6. From the moment you turn off the road and come around the corner, you know you’re in for a treat.

This gorgeous modern farmhouse sits like a jewel in the midst of a beautifully landscaped lawn but what really draws your eye is the expansive covered front porch. It just makes you want to drop all your cares and simply sit to take in the scenery.

Once you get inside you hardly know where to look. This large home is beautifully constructed, designed and furnished to provide a great retreat for a large group.

It easily accommodated two couples from the St. Louis area, a couple from Iowa, a couple from Texas and yours truly from Colorado.

For the ladies out there, you’ll be happy to know that the bathrooms are very well lit. That’s always a sore point with me when we stay in rentals and this place had that in mind when they did their bathroom lighting. Each bathroom has double sinks which is AMAZING. Gorgeous tile in the shower stalls makes you think you’re in a high end resort.

The kitchen is well appointed and very spacious. We had several people working in the space at the same time and we weren’t bumping into one another.

There is so much seating room! Our group of ten easily gathered around the table in the four season room. In fact, that’s where we spent most of our time. Additionally, the dining area can seat another eight people. Unfortunately, while we were there the weather was less than lovely but it really didn’t matter. We were content to just be with one another and in such lovely surroundings.

If we did get bored we could go to the lower level which is home to a very fun pinball machine. It took me back to my much younger years as I tried to conquer this game.

No matter where you were on the main level, every window offered such a lovely view. If you need a place to stay that offers beauty, comfort and serenity, you can stop looking!

The bad news is that after staying here, my bar is now so high for what I expect and I doubt I’ll ever again find something so lovely!
